About this property

We are located 6 km's out of Berridale on the Kosciusko Rd, 1200m above sea level. The 300 hectare property has kilometers of bush track's which are abounding in native flora and fauna. We only minutes from the airport, Lake Jindabyne and an 18 hole golf course. Our spacious grounds and entertainment areas are perfect for the family or group booking.

You can choose to relax in the picturesque surrounds on our property, bushwalk on our many trails viewing the many kangaroos, wild deer and echidnas, feed our pet alpacas, play tennis on the tennis court, play golf at the 18 hole course next door, horse ride at the nearby Equestrian Centre, trout fish at nearby lakes & rivers or ski up on the NSW ski fields.

Accommodation in the Snowies

Pricing shown is for exclusive use . There are four units within the lodge style accommodations, each unit has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom has four bunk beds. Each unit is equipped with it's own spacious modern bathroom (including spa bath).

Single ensuite accommodation ($50-$75), double accommodation ($100-$200), unit accommodation ($300-$450), whole lodge hired out ($900-$1500). Please enquire.

Cots and high chairs are available upon request.

Perfect for a group!

Wonderful spot for large groups. We had a fantastic stay. The kids loved feeding the alpacas. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely open spaces

Have stayed at The Range many times. Great place for family and friends to stay at. Big open living area with a cosy fireplace. Plenty of activities to do on site.

Great Place

The property was amazing. We had a total of five families during our stay and there's still plenty of room to go around, specially for the kids. Kitchen was big and also the living room everyone loved it. The place was amazing would definitely book this place again!

Great lodge with nature all around

We loved staying at Lynn’s property. 15 min away from Jindabyne, this is the ideal place for a large group of friends with kids. We were lucky enough to also have 3 births of Alpacas during our stay. We will be back for sure !

Family snow trip

Truly enjoyed staying at The Range. Checkin was easy. Lynn thoughtfully showed us around the place and how to use everything and answered my many questions. Place was large enough to fit our large extended family. Nice huge living room with beautiful fireplace. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely come back for our next snow trip.

This place ticks all the boxes!

Four families stayed for a winter vacay with time spent at Perisher. Warm, comfortable and super spacious, the kids had an awesome time while the parents could sit on the beautiful balcony watching the sun go down. Kitchen was fantastic and great for cooking large groups, we had 8 adults and 8 kids. Would definitely stay again, Lynn is such a wonderful host. Close to Jindy and Berridale and a very affordable option for those looking to visit the snow in either Perisher or Thredbo.

Huge but not as advertised

This property was lovely however did not meet expectations. It was advertised as a tv in every room - with no free to air stations at all! Actually could only watch DVDs, if the players worked. Also advertised as large kitchen good for cooking for large groups - only one of the ovens was actually connected to the gas, and 4 of the 6 burners on the stove were connected. When I asked about it the owner said "you don't need that do you?" It was advertised breakfast was included which it wasn't. Even after asking the owner. We had a large group so these things made a difference. The property is beautiful and if it had been advertised without these things I would still have gone and loved the position and comfort. this property was huge and the kids loved running around.

Perfect for large groups

Fantastic place for a large family to stay. We had 11 adults and seven grandchildren and all had a great time and with plenty of space for all to enjoy.

Family friendly

We had such a great time. The property was fantastic, clean, so much space, great living area and the kitchen was huge with a massive fridge. We had thirteen adults plus kids/babies and their was so much space. We all loved it and wish we stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Vintage Ski Lodge Retreat

This property was exactly what we were after for a weekend celebration with friends. It was huge with plenty of room for everyone, plenty of kitchen space, and a lovely property to explore. Definitely one to visit again in future!

Awesome property
