About this property

The pole house is located just 3 minutes from the main street, and with 270 degree views over Swan Bay, Swan Island, Port Phillip Bay and the boat ramp. The house is all timber inside and sleeps a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms (2 Doubles and 2 x 2 singles). The house is fully self contained with full kitchen, TV, DVD player, heating.
There are now two new bathrooms with large showers and a freestanding bath.
The location at the very North end of Mercer Street is very quiet and you can walk to the main street in a few minutes.
The house has a no pets policy. You need to bring linen and towels, all other bedding is there including doonas, blankets and pillows.
The house is set over three levels with a central spiral wooden stair. There are no child fences so it is not suitable for very young children who cannot navigate a stair by themselves. On long weekends we require a minimum 3 day booking.
During Christmas through January holidays we require a minimum of 7 day booking.

Stunning views

Perfect for a family with teenagers - Lots to do, exciting house, great bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Beach, walks, cafe and op shop nearby.

Amazing Pole House

The pole house is quirky and full of character. The owner is phenomenal to deal with. Couldn’t ask for a better spot and view. Would highly recommend and will stay there again!
