Spacious and modern apartment with pools, gym and club house, close to the 5th avenue and beach! Perfect to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The modern yet cozy design will immediately make you feel at home, but with all the luxuries of a resort! The apartment is equipped with the latest technology and you will have your very own personal assistant ‘Alexa’ at your disposal “Alexa, turn on the music!” . It has 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a lovely balcony. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, making sure you are comfortable at any time.

To start your holiday carefree, we will ensure that there is water, coffee and tea available upon your arrival. We will also provide you with basic cooking essentials, such as oil, salt and pepper, and some spices. Further we will provide clean bed linen, towels and beach towels, and soap.

You are free to use all common areas, such as pools, gym, kids club and BBQ.

The residence has security 24/7.

Restrictions because of COVID-19:
To ensure your safety and ours, we have decided to always have 72 hours in between reservations. We will sanitize and disinfect the entire apartment after each stay and there will be a personal protection kit available upon your arrival, consisting of a mouth mask and antibacterial gel.
