About this property

Perfectly located to get rid of the jag lag quickly and or when leaving Iceland. Our recently renovated rustic-style studio apartment sleeps up to 3 persons. It has a private entrance and is situated in the towns well known Little White Castle complex. Equipped with a simple Kitchenette, bathroom with a shower, Smart TV and high-quality mattresses and linen so you can rest assure you get a good nights sleep.

The extras include Free parking, Wifi, bicycles, Jacuzzi, grill/Barbecue and fireplaces found in our Secret Garden. You also get to enjoy our 10% Discount in full at the towns most favorable restaurants (on food, not drinks) and special guest discount on our Tours.

Studio 1 is situated in short walking distance to all the main attractions, as well as the main shopping street and restaurants. If you have a rental car, Iceland's top tourist sites are in a short driving distance so you get to both see and enjoy more sites with less time wasted driving.

If you choose to skip the rental car, Private Day Tours are also provided on-site to various tourist attractions. Our tours can be tailored in accordance with the time you have on your hand and or your bucket wishlist.

Cozy Place

The host was very responsive and very nice! Even helped us plan a route for a day of sightseeing. The place was a very cozy and had everything we needed, including a great view of the northern lights our last night in town!

White Castle stay

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our trip, very close to the airport which was great for our early morning flight! Close to bakeries and easy access to Reykjavik as well as south-west attractions. Kitchen was well equipped, LOVED the towel bathrobes

Great Place in Keflavik, Iceland

We enjoyed our stay in the Little White Castle within easy walking distance of the quiet waterfront town of Keflavik. Katrin was a wonderful host and helped make our stay memorable, including 10% off dinners at two nice places in town. The bed was very comfortable, kitchenette had all that we needed, and the bathroom was clean and the shower delightful.

Wonderfully Fun

It was a dream location for our overnight stay in Iceland, as we had a 7:45AM departure from KEF. 5 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes to the city centre for food, drink & fuel. Really clean, quiet & affordable. All so lovely.

We fell in love with this house the moment we saw it because we saw the potentials. In the beginning, it was the ugly duckling of our town Keflavik, but after years of renovation and redesigning we were rewarded twice by the community for the renovation of the house and garden. This was in the year 2007 and 2015. Now we invite others to enjoy our creation because after all the best things in life should be shared.

Whether it be because of the fairy tale hidden garden with its 3 patios, Waterfall and Geothermal heated Jacuzzi, relaxing in front of one of the fireplaces, getting a good nights rest before your flight or simply because of the short distances to some of the most famous tourist attractions in Iceland.
