About this property

Completely remodeled farmhouse on 23 private acres sets between the Cayuga and Seneca Lake Wine Trails. The house offers a huge cook's kitchen -great for cooking and gathering, a cozy living room, 2 spacious upstairs bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom with 4 foot shower. This home also features a large wrap around porch which is great for sipping coffee or a cocktail, a grill, and a fire pit. We also have the best night sky for star gazing. On 23 acres it gets really dark, and you can see so many stars- you will be amazed!

Perfect intro to Finger Lakes

This home was our base for a long weekend visit to the Finger Lakes region. We went for eclipse viewing but also experienced some hiking and winery visits. This was a perfect home in a perfect location for those activities. Jill provided abundant recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The House was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, set on 23 acres of farmland. The weather was a bit chilly for us to enjoy the wraparound porch but I bet that it is lovely in warm weather. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or beautiful hiking/biking in the Finger Lakes.

Clean house with all the right amenities

The house is well maintained and clean. The necessary kitchen items and functioning grill made it easy to make dinner. Great tech with fast wifi, AirPlay capable TV, and a stack of fire wood kept us entertained. Excellent proximity to the area wineries.

Restful Getaway

I love this area. I work in Ithaca, and consider it a blessing to drive along the lake every day on the way to work. I enjoy hiking our beautiful gorges, cooking and eating local foods, and exploring our wonderful wineries and breweries.

Why they chose this property

Once you visit this property, you will feel it too...There is just a peace that comes from being here. Favorite Life Farm is located at the end of a back road that is not traveled much there is little to no traffic - and it sets on 23 private acres. The porch offers a great place to relax and gather with friends.

What makes this property unique

One of my favorite spots on earth is the gully that is on the farm. The gully has a 60 foot waterfall, and a beautiful creek that runs the length of the property.
Favorite Life Farm is nestled right in the heart of the Finger Lakes. We are close to many wineries and breweries, cider houses and distilleries as well as many parks and hiking trail. The Farm is also just minutes way from Cayuga and Seneca Lakes with plenty of parking for boats and launches close by.
