Owner will request ALL names of guests on booking to provide to guard at gate in community. Please provide the names at the time of the booking. If owner does not receive the names on the booking for minimally a week prior to check in, the owner will have to assume that the guest has changed their mind regarding the booking and that they should contact the booking agent. Guests not on rental agreement or visitors not authorized prior will not be permitted into the community by the guards at the gates upon arrival per the community policy. Please note that travelers who do not provide names of guests to be staying at the condo and attempt to arrive with car loads full of people will not gain access-only the guests whose names have been provided will be allowed into the community by the two 24 hour manned guard gates.

Located on the California Rivieria in the prestigious community of Monarch Beach are of Dana Point. This light, bright and airy condo is only a short walk (five to fifteen minutes depending upon your stride) from Salt Creek/Dana Strand Beach, the fabulous Five-Star Ritz Carlton and Monarch BeachGolf Course/Waldorf Astoria Resort (Formally the Monarch Beach Resort).

The incredible Montage is just three miles to the north. There is a walk along the bluff over looking the ocean that is one you will always remember. The beautiful Dana Point Harbor and Marina is only one mile away and features fine dining, water sports and boutique shops. Laguna Beach and San Clemente are less than a ten minute drive as well.

This exclusive Guard Gated community features a pool and two spas. There is a gym as well. If you feel like prepping for a marathon or bike race, come and run the many trails along the ocean! The scenery is gorgeous!

This ground floor/parking lot level unit is very easy to access. It is beautifully decorated in a contemporary/beach style. It has new granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. Please note that some kitchen features have been temporarily removed due to COVID. The AC/Heat is set to commercial property standards that range from 72-78 degrees. The kitchen is fully funtional-featuring toaster oven, panini machine and other fun things guests enjoy! It features queen beds in both bedrooms. There is a dining room, laundry room off the patio, wood burning fireplace and high speed internet. All bed and bath linens are provided as well as beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.

All Rentals in the City of Dana Point are required by LAW to be inspected and registered with the City of Dana Point and provide in their listing the Certificate Number. (This rental is Certificate Number: STR15-0360 ID 01296835) are required by law to pay the City of Dana Point a Short Therm Rental Transient Occupancy Tax. This rental complies with the local and federal laws.
