The property enjoys the north easterly aspect being cool with summer breezes and warm during the winter sun. The house has stunning uninteruped views over the lake with a deep clean waterfront. It is air conditioned and features a fully equiped gourmet kitchen. The upstairs area consists of kitchen, dining, lounge and terrace, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Downstairs consists of the 3rd bedroom, 3rd bathroom, laundry and large terrace with direct access to the waters edge and private jetty. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning in the main part of the house.
All 3 bedrooms feature their own private ensuite bathroom and consist of three queen size beds.
Dangle a line or swim from the private jetty or rent a tinnie from the Toronto marina. Enjoy a lake cruise or dine at one of the numerous restaurants, cafes or clubs at Toronto - only a few minutes drive away.
There is ample parking for a small boat and it is possible to moor a small boat alongside the jetty at owners risk.
