About this property

The property enjoys the north easterly aspect being cool with summer breezes and warm during the winter sun. The house has stunning uninteruped views over the lake with a deep clean waterfront. It is air conditioned and features a fully equiped gourmet kitchen. The upstairs area consists of kitchen, dining, lounge and terrace, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Downstairs consists of the 3rd bedroom, 3rd bathroom, laundry and large terrace with direct access to the waters edge and private jetty. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning in the main part of the house.

All 3 bedrooms feature their own private ensuite bathroom and consist of three queen size beds.

Dangle a line or swim from the private jetty or rent a tinnie from the Toronto marina. Enjoy a lake cruise or dine at one of the numerous restaurants, cafes or clubs at Toronto - only a few minutes drive away.

There is ample parking for a small boat and it is possible to moor a small boat alongside the jetty at owners risk.

Marvellous Stay

We (4 people) booked the house for 3 nights. The owner, Anya, met us when we arrived, and toured us around the house. The place is spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the water and jetty. The sun brings warmth and light to the house courtesy of the big glass windows. The 3 bedrooms have 3 queen size bed each, so at most 6 people can fit in this house. Kitchen is stocked with enough utensils, glasses and cups for 4 people. We were able to cook simple food with the provided pans and pots. Towels, body wash and hand wash were also provided. Just one thing, need to bring garbage bags for your trash. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this place. We loved the beautiful serene view, especially the sunrise and sunset. It’s a very memorable Easter break filled with relaxing and fun moments in this cozy home. It also helps that Anya was very accomodating and hospitable. So, thank you, Anya. Hope to visit this place again in the future.

Amazing location and view

We enjoyed our stay so much, the kids are still asking when we will go back for the swimming in the lake, the fishing, the amazing view and the lovely neighbours. Anya and Ron are the most welcoming hosts, brought back the authenticity of holiday rental - being able to experience the life of the hosts! The place was spotless with everything you need to settle in and switch to holiday mood in an instant. My older boy was determined to get his big bream swimming around the pier. On our last day, he got up at 6am and finally got his almost 40cm bream off the pier. I received a welcoming call a few days before arrival from the lovely Anya to prep us on what to bring to the house. We pretty much switched off from the first minute we arrived, me and my boys went straight out to the jetty with their fishing rods! :)

Waterfront wonder

Our lovely hostess met us on arrival. The first thing that greets you is the amazing view of the lake. The house was immaculate and clean. It was very comfortable and was like a home away from home. It was my birthday and didn't notice until later that Anya had left flowers and a card which was really touching. We caught three fish off the jetty with hand lines and fed the ducklings every morning. It was so peaceful and relaxing and watching the sunrise and set over the lake was brilliant. Thank you for a perfect stay. We wish we could have stayed longer and will be back.

What a wonderful patch of paradise!

Warmly greeted by the hosts, our family loved the time spent at the property, albeit briefly over the long weekend. The views are fantastic and we loved the layout of the house with 3 separate areas for all to relax and enjoy. Even though its winter, we still had a dip off the end off the jetty! Thank you Anya & Ron for making us feel so welcome in your lovely home. We look forward to returning very soon :-)
