The Space:
Entering to this amazing house (that yes! was featured in an episode of HGTV Mexico Life!) you will find the open living room, with comfortable sofa and Smart TV, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments after a day at the beach or the Mayan Ruins. The dining room table comfortably seats 6 people, there is extra seating at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your meals as at home. Through the living space, you can access the private swimming pool area, surrounded by lush tropical plants, a beautifully landscaped area to enjoy during your stay. The private pool has a shallow area for enjoying the sun and water. There is also a pool deck with a lounge area and a BBQ, the perfect spot to enjoy great moments with your family or friends.
Bedroom distribution in the home is as such:
BEDROOM1: on the ground floor with a king-size bed and a sliding door to the home's pool area; the full bathroom is right next door, shared with the living space.
BEDROOM 2: on the second floor, the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, private bathroom with shower and sliding glass doors to its own private balcony, an amazing spot to enjoy the perfect Caribbean sunrises.
BEDROOM 3: on the second floor has two full beds and a sliding glass door to the balcony overlooking the pool area.
BEDROOM 4: the large back bedroom and office with a simple table desk features a comfortable queen sofa-bed, sliding glass door to access the balcony and another door to a porch, where you’ll love enjoying the sunsets.
These last two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and offer privacy from the rest of the house.
Private off-street parking and 2 bicycles (w/lock) are included for you to enjoy during your stay.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay. Plus, the community has a larger pool with an area for events, a ball court, and side-walked streets that meander under tropical trees. Enjoy all of the common grounds too during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
This condo is a luxury gated community inside the beautiful residential neighborhood and was designed to be a remote community surrounded by lush vegetation, open spaces and narrow trails to breathe in nature while strolling through. Within the luxury gated community, you'll find:

- Within the upscale residential neighborhood in the middle between Tulum's town and the beach!
- Perfect to bike, walk or jog and surrounded by mystic jungle vibes yet still with modern comforts and conveniences

- Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes, and the incredible Tulum beach, famous dining and clubs are only a few minutes away

Getting Around:
The condo is about 119 km/74 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.

The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.
The properties managed by Stella Rentals are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained and uses the protections recommended by the health authorities. All our properties have the equipment so that the client can enter and exit on their own without having to have direct contact with any person. The staff will not enter the properties to do cleaning and maintenance during the stay of guests unless it has been authorized and with strict hygiene measures.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- The cleaning service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- We provide linens, beach & bath towels complimentary. We also provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like toilet paper in the bathrooms, soap, and shampoo but please note that these are not refilled during your stay. You can pick up any item you need at a convenience or grocery store.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
