2 bedroom house with separate guest quarters, sleeps 6 in two queen and two twin beds (can be joined to form a king, to accommodate a third couple). All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, TV/DVD, and separate entrances/lanai from the exterior. Kitchen, wet bar, entertainment room, dining room, table for six on large covered lanai with covered grill. Washer/dryer in guest house. Off-street, gated parking. During their migration, you can watch the whales while you have your morning coffee! Small plunge pool perfect for reading, floating, and sipping cool beverages on a beautiful sunny day. Enjoy the sunsets, and a sundowner, on the deck by the seawall.

The Perfect Ocean View Home

We love this piece of property in the Puako neighborhood. It is directly across from the Puako store, and a very short walk to the sandy beach for snorkeling and relaxing. This house has outstanding luxury with incredible views from three porch/decks. It is spacious inside with accomodations for three couples or a large family. We see sea turtles every day, and spectacular humpback whales breeching.

Wake to the waves

Beautiful home and beach front. The home was nicely furnished., the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. The private nicely manicured yard provided wonderful viewing for whales and turtles. Puako was a wonderful place.

Oceanfront Gem

Beautiful oceanfront property hidden away in quaint Puako on the Big Island. Enjoyed hours in the spacious lanai taking in the view, watching dazzling sunsets and sounds of waves lapping over the shore. The house has a “unusual” froorplan, but is beautifully decorated and landscaped. The property manager provided timely and professional communications and the home was perfectly provisioned with everything that you could possibly need. Bottom line, this property is perfect for couples who are wanting a high end, private oceanfront home to escape to on the Big Island, nestled conveniently between the big resorts in a quiet neighborhood.
