About this property

'The Cottage' is a story house built in 2012. It has a main room with access through a large window to a wooden deck. You will have a bar and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. While the floor is parquet.
Upstairs, a landing leads to two pretty bedrooms and toilet. Each room has a separate shower and a sink in the sleeping area.
Gas plancha, table, umbrella, chairs around a table on the terrace and two sunbeds. To access the rue de la Fontaine to get to the beach you just cross the small garage in which you installed the washing machine and the dryer. Toilets are also installed. A wooden partition at the end of terrace separates it from another location.

A playground for the little ones along the beach of Rivedoux. Several bicycle rental companies offer their services in the village. The entire island has routes for cycling. A supermarket is 300m. Another beach north side (unsupervised) bordered by dunes overlooking the bridge is 5 minutes by car it is practiced kite surfing. All amenities within walking distance. Buses cross the island all summer, or lead you to La Rochelle. The sailing school at the other end of the beach allows for outings and workshops. Beach restaurant down the street.

Manquerait juste une table par temps de pluie dans le séjour, plutôt que de privilégier le salon. Rivedoux-Plage super, mais trop calme pour des ados. Appartement parfait

Très satisfait

La maison est située dans une rue calme. Elle possède son emplacement de parking. L'intérieur est fonctionnel, décorée avec gout. La présence d'un petit jardin est très agréable. Les couchages sont de bonne qualité. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La propriétaire est accueillante, facilement accessible. Elle facilite l'entrée et la sortie de la location. Très bonne expérience globale de location

Schönes kleines Haus in guter Lage

Lage super, Ausstattung im Grunde ok, allerdings schlechte Kommunikation bzgl. Vorhandensein von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Diese hätte wohl im voraus online bei einer Wäscherei vor Ort bestellt werden müssen, was uns nicht gesagt wurde. Das ist die erste FeWo gewesen, bei der das nicht inklusive war! Aber wir hatten eine gute Zeit.
