Weird Welcoming from the OWNER

The weirdest situation ever upon my arrival. MY DEAR AMERICAN FRIENDS, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE !!! The owner confronted me ""at the reception in front of the people that were around. Why I did speak in English over the reservation process!!! EXCUSE - ME ....""" I SPEAKS ANY LANGUAGE I WANT TO ...Also, I DO NOT NEED, HAVE OR WANT TO EXPLAIN TO ANYBODY WHY. ( IN BRASIL YOU GOT TO BE AWARE OF THE SCAMS 100% OF THE TIME ) Because as an American citizen ( Thanks GOD) I learned to respect other's privacy, and, rights and more important the differences between them. Try to charge me R$180 ( IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY HONEY BUT YOUR ATTITUDE ) I HAD ANOTHER AMAZING apart rented in front of the Copa Beach and the owner OMG AMAZING let my family get in and OUT any time OF THE DAY NOT EXTRA COST + VERY POLITE = WE ALREADY RENTED AGAIN as we visit BRASIL often = NO I DO NOT NEED RENT YOURS AGAIN ....YOU CAN KEEP IT ALL. I would like to check in about 2 hrs earlier not even leave the suitcase at the reception she told me NO. Also, she did NOT mention that NO PRIVACY that right in front of the apart window the hole building in front ARE under construction with tons of men working and looking at apart. = YOU CAN"T NOT ENJOY THE SUNLIGHT BC GOT TO BE CLOSED ALL DAY. ALSO, SHE CHARGED ME IN CASH R$400 at arriving for security ( THAT I AM TOTALLY OK WITH IT)that she comes back with her husband to check the apart before I left IT NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE IN 20 YEARS VISITING BRASIL... Not enough she complained bc the only messy that I really left was the dirty towels and bedsheets and the cans and bottles that I used under her sink to be recycled as I was not informed what to do with it SORRY HONE I WAS IN A VACATION NOT SURE IF YOU GOT IT _ I AM NOT YOUR HOUSE CLEANING especially AFTER PAY YOU ALLLLLLLL THAT YOU ASKED FOR WITH NO PROBLEM THANKS MONEY IS NOT THE PROBLEM for MY FAMILY BUT YOU RUDEEEEEEE ATTITUDE WITH PEOPLE THAT BRING YOU MONEY..... I hope this helps you be smarter as a business owner. . NEVER AGAIN FOR SURE.
