About this property

1 BHK 5 star quality apartment within 800 meters from the famous Benaulim beach with amenities like fully set up kitchen, AC in the bedroom as well as living room. We have 2 units of these apartments available in the same block.

We have a swimming pool, spa, Gym, play area and the garden. You will find taxi stand, car/bike rentals, supermarkets and eating joints right outside the gate of the society. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Perfect apartment in benaulim with great amenities

Great location, perfect apartment for short or long stay. Restaurants and supermarket a shot walk. Well stocked kitchen, clean bathroom and bedroom, spring mattress (needs a bit of maintenance though). Pool access is great too. And the best part Gavin is a great host - always ready to help and recommends things to do, places to eat!
