The apartment is fresh after renovation and is suited on the 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom. Kitchen, dining space, big balcony with sea view. All electronics such as stove, oven, washing machine, air conditioners, TV, fridge, wifi device are new. Tap mixer and shower mixers are new. Curtains new. Furniture, sink, toilet, shower are vintage. Lights are new, chandelier antique. Beautiful fireplace.Distance: 2 min walking from the sea, 5 min drive to the center, 20 min driving to the airport

Useful: On the Dekhelia road, you can find markets, restaurants, shops and different interesting things. There are markets in walking distance from the apartment.

The area is peaceful, perfect for families and those who like the clean sea and fresh air. Definitely, you will enjoy the calming sea view from the windows and balcony of this house. Furthermore, behind the house, there is a park for pedestrians and bicycle riding there are eucalyptus trees fragrance which is refreshing. Generally, the area is safe and pleasant for walking around.
