About this property

The apartment is located near Balai Gethsemane and Dapian Resort. It is a quiet residential area. It has one bedroom, but can easily accommodate 4 guests. There is a kitchen, bathroom with shower and a fine patio at the front. The total size is 36 square meters. The apartment was build according to the new, more strict, rules and regulations, that became required on January 1st, 2019. Specially for fire safety issues.

Why they chose this property

Because it is in a quiet and safe area. Not far from downtown, however. It is a fine location to explore the region. 25 minutes to Hacienda Escudero (Tiaong), 40 minutes to Lucena or San Pablo, both cities have a large SM shopping mall. And just a short ride to go to the mountains, Banahaw or Christobal. 20 minutes to the beach, and 40 minutes to the popular Laiya beach.
