About this property

Welcome to paradise!! This spacious town home is nestled in the heart of BEAUTIFUL Deerfield Beach. This is quite an exciting area for activities and family events. Walking distance to the fishing pier, shops, restaurants, nightlife, grocery shopping, the gym, drugstores and of course, wonderful nightlife.
Enjoy this very spacious, 2 story town home complete with two master bedrooms, 2 Queen beds & 2 twin beds. All tile floors and pet friendly. 2 large size bathrooms. A full bath with a tub on the 2nd floor and a 1/2 bath on 1st floor. Included is a separate laundry Room and a second story terrace. Plenty of Room in the back yard for pets and children. There is a patio as well off of the main living space. The laundry Room is directly off of the Kitchen through the hallway door. If the kitchen and cooking is your gig we have plenty of space for that as well. Lots of cookware dishes and pots and pans. There is a large driveway for up to 3 cars. We also have guest parking. We do allow some small events but do not encourage big parties as there are other people in the neighborhood. We are also proud to say we are pet friendly as long as you care for your pet and our property. Also, you can bring any size pet, with a pet fee, as long as it's not an aggressive breed. We welcome you your family and friends to come and enjoy this perfect town home in the heart of the beach town. You will literally be close to everything and won't miss a thing. This is also a lovely place to enjoy the Winter and we welcome our Winter snowbirds and their pets!!

I was disappointed at this rental property no dishwasher, no outlets in the bathroom, bathroom old, antiquated, furniture, general supplies of tissues and basic things not included no over the door hooks to help you organize. The backyard was really uninhabitable as it was dirty and overrun and the biggest downfall was Verbo charges, I won’t rent from Verbo again, but find an owner off of your platform because your fees are ridiculous !!!

Great location.

This was a great base for our weekend dive trip with friends. The location was perfect. Shopping and restaurants were located across the street and Florida Scuba Divers dive shop was just down the street. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. Beds were comfortable. The only downside was due to the heat, the AC had a hard time cooling the house off, even at night. The back patio was nice and provided a nice breeze to relax in.

My wife and I and our adult daughter stayed in the spacious condo for 2 weeks. The size and location are ideal. We didn’t want to leave. The description and photos are completely accurate. Deerfield beach is very nice, less hustle and bustle than fort lauderdale with great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Publix is across the street. Highly recommended!

We have a true love for the outdoors! Our beautiful village of Deerfield Beach is located in one of the prettiest places of all of Florida. We absolutely love it here And take care of mother nature and her white , blue water, Great sunrises, crystal clear visibility and lots of fish and birds. Avid beach goers and turtle foundation enthusiast's. This is our home base however, the rest of the world is our oyster.
Why put off till tomorrow what you can do today !! So come visit our beautiful town and see for yourself the welcoming warm feeling that we offer And great all around hospitality.

Why they chose this property

This wonderful town home offers plenty of space. Posting 2 floors of tile and 2 master bedrooms. There is also a large living Room a separate dining Room and a kitchen. A private laundry Room sits just off of the kitchen. We have a outside back patio which is wonderful for barbecues and family and also a second floor terrace off of the bedroom that is very large and can sit 5 to 6 people comfortably. Enjoy the outdoors here with your loving pets and wonderful for a glass of wine at night.
Included are all of your linens and bedding. We also include full kitchen amenities for cooking and having snacks. Please check out our other listing that has great reviews this is a new listing for us so we are excited to get started

What makes this property unique

Proud to say that we allow pets up to any size with a pet deposit and pet fee. This Town home is smoke free and is wonderful for people with allergies because it is all tile and no carpet.
