3 BR house, for 2 guests you are given 1 queen size room which is suitable for a couple, if not a couple please inform us that you need 2 separate rooms.

Please be advised that Children Over the age of 5 will incur a payment of $45 a night and please advise us on your booking of how many children so we can provide you a quotation.

Early 1900’s Victorian period home, recently renovated. Nestled on the banks of the Yea River. 3 full sized bedrooms. Yea accommodation, up to 8 people.

Cog Codgers Reunion

Yea river cottage provided us with the ideal base to conclude our 8 day bike odyssey. The cottage had all the amenities we required and space to spread out. The guys particularly enjoyed the backyard area facing the creek where we were able to enjoy winding down in bright sunshine. Thanks Grge for making the whole process so seamless.

Long weekend away

Great spot to base yourself in Yea, and surrounds. Close to town, clean, quiet, cottage, with river frontage out in the back yard. Joseph was professional and very welcoming!

Such a perfect cottage with a wonderful host. Joseph was so easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to get his place fixed after the floods, to not have to cancel my reservation as it was for my bridal party before my wedding. He was truly amazing to plan with, and his cottage was amazing. Extremely neat, great size, perfect central location. Would highly recommend!! Thank you so much Joseph!
