My apartment is unique because it is very close to the city center, a bus and a tram that drives to a stern center is right next to the building for a couple of minutes and you can walk to the center. It is located in the area that is in the program of protection of cultural and nature monuments. Nearby are Maksimir Park, Ban Josip Jelačić Square, Botanical Garden, Museum of Interrupted Connections, Archaeological Museum in the Center, Dinamo Stadium Football Club, Church of Sv. Petra, Clinical Hospital Center "Rebro", Restaurant Two Goluba, Restaurant "Under Peaceful Roofs" Grill, Peka, Pizzeria "Duksa" pizza and pasta.

The apartment is where everything is close, no need to use a car, close to the tram bus in front of the building.
