This 1262 sf 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in Hudson is perfect for that anytime get away! The kitchen has been renovated with upgraded appliances. The guest bedroom has a king size or 2 twin beds while the master has a queen size bed. There is a charcoal BBQ in the back as well. So close to many of the Gulf Coast attractions. Parking in driveway only!

Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals.

Activities and attractions in Hudson Gulf Coast Central: Swimming, golfing, beaches, theme parks (Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, are approximately 45 minutes drive), Disney World and Universal Studios (within an approximately 1.5 hour drive), Cypress Gardens, Buccaneer Bay, and much more!, boating, fishing, dolphin-watching, shelling, cruises, gambling boats, restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters. Tour Downtown New Port Richey. Tour the famous Greek Sponge Docks. See famous mermaid shows in Weeki Wachi, the Florida Aquarium, museums, or visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, or Tampa Bay Rays.

You will be given the code to the lockbox prior to your arrival.

Our office is off site, and do not hover over guests, however we have vendors in place should issues arise.

The owner does have a security system with cameras set up on the outside of the home.

There will be a $150 cap on electric for all monthly rentals. If an overage occurs, the funds will be requested through the site.

THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. The neighborhood was safe. The house was adequate. The bedroom carpet is in need of cleaning or replacing. The master bed is very high up. A short person would have difficulty getting in. All in all a decent rental for the price.

Perfect for us
Very well equipped home in the same neighborhood as my son, so it worked out perfectly for us. I like that the 2 bedrooms are in opposite ends of the home which allows for privacy. The yard is well maintained. The property management company is extremely responsive. We’ll stay again.

Older neighborhood with all amenities needed
An older home, well maintained. Two minor issues at check-in, both taken care of within a few hours. Thank you! A bit of loud traffic here frequently: ATVs, dirt bikes, hot-rodders.
