Tour Downtown New Port Richey. Tour the famous Greek Sponge Docks. See famous mermaid shows in Weeki Wachi, the Florida Aquarium, museums, or visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, or Tampa Bay Rays.

You will be given the code to the lockbox prior to your arrival.

Our office is off site, and do not hover over guests, however we have vendors in place should issues arise.

There will be a $150 cap on electric for all monthly rentals. If an overage occurs, the funds will be requested through the site.

A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter.
