Fantástico apartamento de lujo en Cielo Mar, Cartagena, a pocos metros del hotel Las Américas, a 5 minutos de el aeropuerto y a 10 minutos del centro histórico, balcón con jacuzzi privado y hermosa vista a la ciénaga, cuenta con aire acondicionado, internet wifi, a dos cuadras de la playa de Morros y todos los servicios necesarios para unas perfectas vacaciones.
La mejor vista panorámica a todo Cartagena desde la terraza del edificio donde encontrarás el gimnasio, las piscinas y el jacuzzi.
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
Por reglas del edificio el apartamento es de uso exclusivo ÚNICAMENTE para FAMILIAS, estrictamente NO se permitirá: celebrar fiestas ni despedidas de soltero(a), ruidos altos en la noche y el acceso de visitantes.
El jacuzzi funciona perfectamente pero lastimosamente no cuenta con sistema de agua caliente funcionando en este momento.

The best panoramic view of Cartagena from the terrace of the building where you will find the gym, the swimming pools and the jacuzzi.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
By building rules the apartment is ONLY for the exclusive use of FAMILIES. Parties, bachelor parties, loud noices at night and visitors are strictly NOT allowed. Some common areas of the building are for the use of resident owners only.
The jacuzzi works perfectly but unfortunately does not have hot water system working at the moment.
