About this property

Twenty four Worthington @ GH - 4 minute walk to the beach!

New holiday house in Green Head approx. 2.5hours from Perth.

The bedroom configuration is 2 x large bedrooms with queen beds and an extra large bunk room with 2 x bunks, 1 x large single/small double bed and 1 single bed.
In total the house can legally sleep up to 10 PEOPLE.
We do not allow extra mattresses - 10 people is the absolute maximum.

The house has 2 x bathrooms.
One is an ensuite to one of the queen bedrooms. The ensuite contains a shower, basin and a toilet.
The other bathroom is larger and contains a shower, a bath, a basin, but no toilet.
There is a separate communal toilet off the laundry.

The house is self contained with a grassed back yard, heaps of parking for a boat and cars. Plenty of seating for lounging and dinning, alfresco with BBQ and a wood fired heater with wood supplied for winter. The pictures describe it best!

There is satellite TV & a DVD player, with a huge selection of DVD's for viewing.
Also, (If you're old enough to remember!!) a good ole VHS player with plenty of rather interesting, good ole videos to watch!

When booking, please keep in mind our minimum nightly stays:
* Over a public holiday long weekend -2/ 3 night minimum.
* Over the Easter or Christmas holidays - 4 night minimum.
Guests may stay for one night only, but will be asked to cover the cost of a house clean.

Pets are welcome, though we ask that they please remain outside at all times.
The Al Fresco area is well protected and the backyard is totally enclosed and safe.
A totally refundable pet bond will be collected, then refunded after your departure.

Great family getaway

Thank you Garry and Nat for sharing your lovely holiday home with us! We loved the retro vibe.House had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 2 families. We were definitely happy to arrive and see the amount of pedestal fans around the house (we have children that find it difficult to sleep without a fan even in winter!)No wifi but with plenty of games, dvd’s and toys for the little ones, they were more than entertained We would definitely recommend your home to anyone looking for a coastal getaway.We hope to visit again soon x

Perfect holiday home

This place ticks all the boxes. Plenty of room for a large group and it really has everything you could need. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, utensils and has an open plan to the rest of the living areas. Plenty of table space and seating inside and out. The bathrooms were very clean with excellent water pressure which is very important after a long day at the beach. The outside is fantastic for entertaining and even has lovely green grass for the kids to play. Also very secure for pets and small children. They even cater for the fishing families as the have an additional freezer and then 2 x large fridges which came in very handy. Highly recommend this place.

Awesome Green Head Accommodation

We had a very pleasant stay at Garry's and Nat's house. Check-in was made available much earlier than what we booked and we had an option of check out late as well. The house had heaps of toys/ games for kids and videos as well. Would come back again if we get a chance to visit Green head again.

Sensational Green Heads

Granny, Gramps, Sharon, Jason, Sarah Kate, Parker, Kirsty, Wazza, Will, Sam, Jake, (and Peeka and Swampi) all had a fantastic stay in your wonderful home. Garry and Nat, thankyou so much. The house had everything you could possibly need and more. The grandkids made full use of all the games and toys that were there, while the adults made good use of the well appointed kitchen and the outdoor area. It is so good to just relax and take in all the wonders of Green Heads and surrounds. Thank you for being so accommodating to all our needs. Can't wait till next time. Cheers from, Dave and Lorraine

Great setup for families

Perfect holiday house, we stayed comfortably with four adults & four kids. Spacious living areas with lots of seating. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Love the decor! Actually preferred staying here than some of the other beach front places I've been to in Greenhead because it was out of the wind, and dogs were allowed.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. It was just like a home away from home - lovely open living areas and and fabulous outdoor area. I would definitely stay there again.

We love Green Head, because it reminds us of Rotto - so many beaches to explore, and you can always find a swimming spot out of the wind!
