This offers stunning ocean and mountain views, uninterrupted and wonderful. Step out the front door and take a short scenic walk on a private path through coastal grasses down onto Little Beach - an almost exclusively private beach.

It is a spectacular 15 minute stroll to the main Surf Club and the sweeping Forster Beach (also known as The Main Beach) which is patrolled weekends and peak school holidays. It is a 10 km walk to the river headland at Nambucca Heads - pure white sand.

Spot dolphins and whales from the private ocean frontage deck. Sleep on a premium quality bed, in crisp pure cotton sheets, with your choice of quality duvets, cotton or wool blankets. Stay connected with fast WIFI for those who need it and check out streaming films on SMART TVs - Samsung and Sony OLED. Bring your bathers and your beach towels, we are directly above Little beach.

PETS. You must - look up "The View in Scotts Head" or 6 Matthew St and verify with manager directly photo of pet - and approval to bring pets.

You will have EXCLUSIVE use of the house - for the guests nominated on your booking request - the housekeeper will set up for number of bedrooms and bathrooms specified in your booking request. There is a "no drop" in policy. Additional guests - booking fee needs to be adjusted.

Configuration for the entire house is 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms
bedding configuration is - 2 queen beds and 1 SINGLE

Strict maximum of 5 guests when booked at capacity. (please note while it is 3 BR and 3 Bth - at maximum of 5 guests the house is very comfortable)

Accessibility. The living area is on one level connected by four stairs to mezzanine level with the bedrooms.

The View is a non smoking beach house.

Minimum stays start from 4 nights.
School Holidays are minimum 7 night stays.
May be negotiable for last minute bookings.
