Waves on Falcon is an absolute beach frontage apartment with breath taking views on a quiet street just 1 hour south of Perth.

Falcon is 10km south of the City of Mandurah with excellent swimming, surfing, paddle boarding boating and crabbing.

Steps to the beach are directly in front of the apartment with great swimming beaches on one side and rock fishing on the other. After a day in the sun sit and enjoy the stunning sunset over the ocean.

Waves on Falcon is centrally located between Falcon Bay and Seascapes. With great walking and cycling paths along the sea front. Coles and Woolworths all within a 5 minutes drive. A liquor store, IGA,takeaway meals and Coffee shops within walking distance.

The apartment is the bottom level of a stunning architecturally designed beach house. The owner resides part time in the top level.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with linen supplied (2 king, 1 queen and 1 single bed). 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with both bath and shower. Standard quoted price is for the 2 main bedrooms. The third bedroom is at an addition cost at a per head basis please discuss preferred sleeping arrangements with owner.
You can even have a bath while looking at the ocean. Most of the furniture is new and modern. It has an open plan living area which opens out to a huge outdoor area all with 180 degree coastline views.

There is a Weber barbeque and modern outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.

Fully equipped kitchenette with tea and coffee supplied. Hot plate, microwave and dishwasher.

Front parking with room for a boat.

Not suitable for children aged 2-4 as there is no fence. Property is directly open to road and sea.

Lovely gem in Mandurah

Had a lovely getaway from Perth to Mandurah for a few days and stayed in this beautiful holiday house! Discovered the beautiful Falcon Beach which we did not know of before. It surely felt as if we were on holiday for a long time, even if it were only a few days. Definitely worthwhile staying at this accomodation and we will certainly return again!

Excellent time at ocean front

We stayed for almost 3 weeks and just loved the place, the view out to the ocean and the walk along the ocean trail o up and along the beach. Our host Sally was very helpful and quick to reply to inquiries. We would come back anytime if it wasn't so far away from our home, the west coast of Canada.

Beach front stay

A lovely, neat and adequately appointed beach front property with spectacular views of the ocean. Rooms are a generous size, with two main bedrooms ocean views from the beds. Relax on the patio, watching the sunset or cooking breakfast on the weber in the morning. We had a great time, when the weather was bad, it was still just as good to relax inside, with beautiful views from the living area.

Beautiful and oeaceful stay close to city

Waves on Falcon is a gem close to Perth. It is the ideal place if you need a few days away from the city but are too tired to travel further south. It is literally on the beach and the view is amazing. Even though we had stormy and cold weather, it was great to be able to see and hear the ocean from both the main bedroom and the living room. The house was also spotless and clean. We will be back.

What a beautiful Holiday House

What an absolute beautiful place this is, your literally on the beach I picked this spot because the stairs to enter the beach is literally at your door step and you have it basically to yourself. Perfect for a quick dip in the mornings and also to do a bit of fishing. You have everything you need to cook in the kitchen and have a BBQ to cook right at the front with the beautiful sunset on the horizon of the ocean. This is my first time holidaying on the coast since my arrival from Sydney a few months ago and I couldn’t of picked a better spot for me and my partner, very quiet spot and can’t wait to book this a 2nd time. You simply cannot fault anything about this place, very close to all the nice restaurants or you can just Uber eats and get it delivered. We stayed for three nights but it’s well worth it to stay the whole week. Thank you for letting us stay 😊

Magic ...

I needed a break away from my busy work life so booked a week at Waves. I had such a fantastic time, the home had everything I needed from cooking appliances to the most high end linen. Since returning back to work I've actually had so many compliments on how relaxed I look, and it's all thanks to the owners. Thank you guys, your home was just what I needed, and more. Loved it! We had the best Easter break. The house and it’s location is 5 star. Perfect for our family of five, super clean and has everything you need. Loved being on the water, perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular view. We will be back!

We stayed for 3 nights with our 3 children and had a very comfortable stay. Lovely home, great location. Well maintained and very clean. Has absolutely everything you need while away from home including comfy beds. My boys were very impressed with the chocolates they found on the beds!!! A very nice touch. Thank you Sally.

The property has room for everyone. The property has everything u need from a great webber Q...which we enjoyed cooking a roast lamb in...to the most comfortable of beds. The ocean is so close u can reach out and touch it. We walk the beach many times. Thank you.
