Perfect
Thank you for allowing us to stay. Little rabbits running around, autumn leaves falling made it perfect to sit back, relax and admire this beautiful home and all the surrounding scenery from the large lounge room windows.

Really poor experience
We arrived around 3.30pm to find the side doors unlocked so we could find our way in and the entry was littered with dead flies. Nice that they’ve killed but can’t understand why you would clean it up before your guests arrive given that is your first impression of the interior of the property, not a great start but a relatively minor inconvenience. The house wasn’t filthy by any stretch of the imagination but it also hadn’t been cleaned in a while as there was cobwebs on furniture, dust on everything above eye level and a number of living and dead bugs in ever room. At around 5.30pm we went to the kitchen to go make a coffee only to find there was no coffee, so back in the car and a 1 hour round trip to Bendigo to find a supermarket open on a Sunday night after 6pm, unimpressed to say the least. Monday morning comes and we go to have a shower only to find there is no hot water and no water pressure. My wife contacted the owner and they came around to fix it. The next day, the same thing happened again. We had 1 hot shower with next to no water pressure at all between Sunday and Tuesday and that is absolutely unacceptable. No apology for the inconvenience, no offer of a refund or partial refund. All we got on Tuesday was “yeah it’s broken, the electrician is coming tomorrow”. I’m not sure why the electrician wasn’t called on Monday when it wasn’t a public holiday as fixing it after we have checked out only helps the next guest, not us. Overall, given the close to $300 per night charge, this accommodation was absolutely underwhelming. I would skip it and find a nice cottage in Maldon for the same price.

Our Stay in Harcourt
My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming accommodation for a weekend escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and it was nothing short of wonderful. This cottage offers a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. In conclusion, this property is a hidden gem that exceeded all our expectations. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat in nature, I highly recommend booking a stay here. We can't wait to return for another dose of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Nice house in a winery
Great location to explore mount Alexander. Secluded location to give privacy and peaceful surroundings. Lots of fruit trees and vineyard at the property. The house is well appointed and spacious.

Quiet country retreat
The property was bright, sunny and spacious. Very quiet and peaceful with great views and surrounded by vineyards. Clean and neat. Table tennis was a fun surprise.
