This is a 2 Bedroom unit brand new, completed in late 2016. Situated in the best location in Mill Point Road, opposite Perth Zoo and very short walk to Mends Street, Sir James Mitchell Park and the Swan River.

High amenity location with Mends St cafe's restaurants and pubs, also Coles shopping center within walking distance of your apartment.

Apartment overlooks the South Perth Zoo from the top level (8 stories high) with fantastic views South following the swan river to Matilda Bay and back toward Fremantle.


Being a fully serviced apartment with NBN Wifi, we attract corporates to the apartments (particularly those working in the Perth CBD). With 2 bedrooms, the apartment is also suited to small families or alternative 2 travelling couples.

Comfortable

This is the best place we have stayed in at south Perth. We try to come every year and love this area and local facilities in Angelo Street and Mends Street. Accommodation is comfortable and clean.

Opposite the Zoo

Lovely modern apartment on the 8th floor. Enjoyed the balcony. Great view over zoo and river. On Mill Point Road so a bit of traffic noise at night; take some ear plugs. Loved the early morning Gibbon noises from the zoo. So amazing! Only four visitor parking bays for 16 apartments so you need to be lucky to get a parking spot. You probably won't get a visitor bay so free street parking is available in Parker St or Onslow St. Very clean.

Perfect South Perth apartment

Exactly as advertised, this is a great apartment with fabulous views of the Swan river and the Zoo. Just a few minutes walk to the Windsor Hotel and Mends Street waterfront. So much better value than staying in a hotel, it's like having the presidential suite at the Ritz Carlton at a fraction of the cost.

Birds eye view of South Perth

Top floor apartment - spectacular views over the zoo, surrounding river and city. Well equipped, comfortable beds and so clean it felt brand new! Wanted to stay longer!

Perfect South Perth Getaway

This property is exactly as advertised. The location is fantastic and the apartment is modern, well-designed and has everything we needed for a comfortable two week stay. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful in helping us plan our visit. I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone.

Beautiful apartment

This is our 3rd time returning to this accomodation. The apartment is beautiful, clean, gorgeous view and superbly located with a quick five minute walk to Mends Street.

Excellent location

This unit is very comfortable and very well located. Just a short ferry trip across the river to the main city centre. The Perth zoo is only a short walk away as are a great range of shops and restaurants.

Fantastic Location

We loved our stay! Communiation by Mark, the owner, was great. From the first enquiry, the lead up to check in and upon check out he was readily available and fuss free. The apartment was amazingly spacious, clean, uncluttered and very comfortable. The apartment was equipped to allow you to cook a meal but with such choice at your doorstep why would you bother. We stayed 2 nights with our children aged 2yrs & 4yrs and it was perfect for our family of four. We attended the zoo (literally across the road), walked along the riverside and boarded the ferry for a day in the city. When we next find ourselves needing accommodation in South Perth we would stay here again. Thank you Mark.
