North Coast Lifestyle Properties, located in beautiful Brunswick Heads, manages over 60 properties spanning from Brunswick Heads to Hastings Point. Our staff is long-term locals/residents who take pride in our little section of coastal paradise & are excited to provide you with the opportunity to experience our area.

This house, being one of New Brighton’s originals, is an older-style two-storey home right on the beach.

Downstairs has a casual living area & bathroom (with bath). Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, combined living & dining.

There is an east-facing deck to soak up the afternoon sun which offers ocean views. Great for whale watching season.

One of the best features is you just have to walk out your back door through the dunes and you are on the beach.
