Our standard one bedroom is our budget option, with large windows overlooking a large lush green park. Extremely popular for those who wish for a private stay at a good price.

One Queen bed with linen and towels provided. Carpet in the bedroom and lounge area. It has spacious comfortable rooms with split system wall for air-conditioning & heating.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking and has an electric stove and full-sized oven. (no dishwasher)

Undercover off-street parking out the front of your apartment.

The park offers running / walking tracks and BBQ with a sunset peeking through the trees in the evening.

Located on Walnut Ave between 13th & 14th Street, 10 minutes’ walk from city, or catch the bus out the front. Close to shopping, doctors, and hospitals.
