PillingerStreet is a recently renovated, immaculate and fully equipped three bedroom townhouse, located in the inner city suburb of Dynnyrne. Adjacent to beautiful Fitzroy Gardens, it is within easy walking distance to the Hobart CBD, Salamanca, the University and Sandy Bay.
The property has secure covered parking, a private rear terrace, lovely neighbours and is the perfect home-away-from-home.

The Space:
PillingerStreet is a fully modernised 1920's townhouse located in a quiet one-way street.

On the ground floor off the entrance lobby is the iconically furnished sitting room with a gas fired fireplace, audio facility, bookshelves and games.
The open plan living/dining room is adjacent to to sitting room and leads to the exterior patio. It has a gas-fired fireplace and a smart television.
The exquisite kitchen is next to the dining room and is fully equipped for living away from home.
There is a powder-room near the stairs in the entrance lobby.

Upstairs is the main queen-sized bedroom with views of Mt Wellington and lots of afternoon sun. The luxurious linen and feather down doona are complemented by an electric blanket for the cooler months. There is a smart TV, panel heating and loads of in-built wardrobe space. Attached to this room is a very swish en-suite bathroom with a bath and includes a hairdryer.

Along the gallery are the second and third bedrooms, both queen-sized. The third bedroom has a microfibre doona for those who may be allergic to feather down. Both bedrooms have panel heating, electric blankets, large inbuilt wardrobes and window views.
The stylish second bathroom on this floor is equipped with a hairdryer.
Also on this level is the laundry, equipped with a Miele front loader washer and Miele dryer.

Free NBN WiFi is accessible throughout the whole house

At the rear of the house is a private, paved court yard and the carport suitable for a small to medium size vehicle. .

Guest Access:
The front gate of the property is off Pillinger Street.
Up the driveway to the left of the house is a gate which provides access to the covered carport and the rear door of the house. The whole property, inside and out, is accessible to guests.

The Neighborhood:
Pillinger Street is a quiet, one way street in the upmarket inner suburb of Dynnyrne. It is adjacent to the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens and a small park with a children's playground.

Getting Around:
Pillinger Street is 100 metres from a metropolitan bus stop on King Street. Its proximity to the Hobart CBD, Salamanca and Sandy Bay means that walking is the preferred option. All of the above are a 5 minute drive by cab or own vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, with a powder room on the ground level. This may be an issue for very elderly or frail guests and small children.
If you require a porta cot this is available on request at the time of booking.
If you have a large vehicle that won't fit in the carport there is unrestricted street parking further up the street and no overnight restrictions
