Not what we expected

The initial view of the house was beautiful! The outside of it and the inside looked exactly like the picture. We were thrown off with the bed to room ratio. We thought there would be more King and Queen size beds, but there were only 2 Kings, and what we believe to be 3-5 Queens. Two of the Queens were so low to the ground you may as well been sleeping on the floor. There was wear and tear on furniture. We had no dish washing liquid or dishwasher pods. We were also required to wash our own towels before we left, but they did not leave any detergent. There were multiple lawn chairs broken. One of the couches were lopsided. One of the shower curtains also had a stain on it. The neighbourhood itself was tight. Not very much parking for a family with 15+ adults. There was loud music playing after 1:00 am. We were also unable to adjust the air conditioner from what it was already set on. Mildew smell on the floor of a bedroom as well as sheets had to be washed as soon as we got there. There were socks and other things left behind from the first family behind dressers etc. This is the third house we stayed at as a family and it was the least favorite. We made the best of our time but there were things that could have been better.

Quiet Nice Newer Home in Bradenton

The home was exactly as shown in the listing and in a quiet gated community. There were a number of nearby grocery stores and other shopping options. The Property manager was responsive to a couple minor items and our stay was very pleasant. Great home for a family with 4 BR and 3 Ba and plenty of room to spread out inside and in screened lanai. We didn't go in the pool as it was unheated but looked clean. Only one TV was hooked up to cable but it was in the main living area and it was huge (likely 80"). We would stay there again.

We waited for hours to get permission from owner to get the security guard to let us in

The property has no permission from association to rent - The security guard refused to let us in and property owner did not answer call or messages for hours - had to call Vrbo for help .. the property has no clean towels or soap and swimming pool was very dirty .. there was no enough bathroom tissues or paper towels in kitchen .. owner provided it 24 hours later after complain we were about to leave. The house was great
