Located in the very center of the state, TihsreeD sits at 9,000 feet above sea level, overlooking Pikes Peak. We take pride in providing families a retreat from the city heat and hustle, offering a chance to bask in the glorious natural peace and beauty of the Colorado backcountry. We host family reunions throughout the summer but offer special custom rates for couples and singles during our low-demand periods (November to May, excluding holidays). Please reach out to us by phone for more details.

Our central location places your guests close to a variety of activities while visiting Colorado. The Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is just down the road. Within an hour or less, you can find horse stables, hiking trails, ATV rentals, fishing lakes and rivers, microbreweries, skiing, rafting, and skiing. Additionally, there are plenty of fun activities within 5 miles of the Lodge, including a free historical museum, local artisan shops, hiking, rock hunting, fishing, and more.

But why leave TihsreeD at all? Your guests can enjoy 5 miles of private hiking, search for Native American-modified trees, warm up by a fireplace, or soak in one of our hot tubs. Other on-site activities include golfing at our tee box, playing horseshoes, ladder ball, or cornhole. There’s no shortage of indoor and outdoor fun here on the property.

Perfectly balanced between the essentials and a true escape, the property features spectacular views and abundant wildlife. Our wrap-around decks, furnished for comfort, allow you to enjoy the beautiful sights of Pikes Peak and the surrounding woods. Outdoor amenities include a patio with a fireplace, hot tubs, and a tee box. You and your guests can end the day with a cozy fire or a relaxing soak while marveling at the thousands of stars overhead. Our summer temperatures are cool, often dropping into the 50s at night—ideal for the jeans and sweatshirts you’ll bring along.

As you enter The Lodge, you will be greeted by a wall of windows and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace in one of the two magnificent great rooms. Unique art and antiques are showcased throughout the home.

You and your guests can choose from 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 of which are master suites. Many rooms include sleeping nooks for parents with children.

A: Convenience stores and restaurants are 3 miles away, a small grocery and other shops are 10 miles away in Divide, and a full-service grocery store, along with familiar retailers and restaurants, is 15 miles away in Woodland Park.

A: Yes, the hot tubs are available all year long.

**Q: Should we bring bottled water?**
