Really a two star
This apartment looks exactly like the pics. It was clean enough, although the hallway leading up stairs to it, was grungy and smelt bad.
Pros; spacious and exactly as pictured. Location is great. But it does have thin walls and lots of action out on the street.
Three points for the con list:
1). The smell coming out of the kitchen sink is horrible! Gag worthy, and nothing other than not using it, reduces it at all. Gave my son a migraine, because he had to sleep on the sofa bed.
2). The sofa bed is the worst we have ever used. This apt is great for two people sharing the same bed. There are metal bars across the bed and it is very uncomfortable.
3). Communication with owners. We contacts them immediately upon our arrival asking if anything could be done about these two problems. We were there three nights and four days and never heard back from them. No one did anything.
There was no microwave, or dishwasher,. The kitchen faucet spewed water out the side if the tap, so you have a mess to clean up every time you do use it and no plug for the sink to wash dishes.
I would not recommend this place, unless you were a young couple who do not plan to use the kitchen and want to be in the heart of the action.
