Great location in Pattaya

The property was as advertised, clean, and very much in the middle of downtown Pattaya. My only issue was in finding out where to get the key and check in. I suspect this rests with the local manager, but was a real issue. Paul Leavitt

Nightmare avoid these owners

Overall base is in great location but my apartment was bad very small for the price and not that clean dust in drawers and wardrobes shower is useless hardly any water pressure owner emailed me when I was on way from airport to say I could not stay first 2 nights due to a problem no help what so ever finding alternative accommodation had to pay 2 nights at own expense been home nearly 2 weeks no refund ignoring g my emails awful owner pritom paul and amulya malick couple of conmen live in India I booked direct with them using paypal should have used this site but lesson learned John from uk.. avoid these owners but base itself is ok
