About this property

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
House situated at the top of Bay View Rd.
Magnificent views and friendly community. Open plan with kitchen, lounge, bathroom/ shower and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (Queen and 2 singles). Another large bedroom upstairs with a Queen bed and a queen day bed in the sunny window with 270 degree views of Lyttelton Harbour. Great spot to watch yacht races in the Harbour or the coming and going of boats. Binoculars provided.
Small 2nd bathroom upstairs with toilet and shower. Verandah out front and sheltered patio with table and chairs on the East side.
Please leave outside chair cushions and 2 beanbags for deck inside when you leave.
Small BBQ in garage. Please use outside and clean when you finish cooking.
Short drive (or walk) to Orton Bradley Park with golf course and tennis courts and Diamond Harbour. Swimming at Paradise Beach at the bottom of the hill. Lovely walk from Church Bay to Diamond Harbour around the Coast track, or Church Bay to Hays Bay or up Mt Herbert.
Catch the Diamond Harbour ferry over to Lyttelton and take in the Saturday markets.
Linen provided and leave the house clean as you found it.
No wi fi available as it is a bach. Good 4G reception.

Awesome views

Amazing views nice fireplace. Wouldnt recommend trying to drive there in the dark but we made it and the views were amazing

Its an amazing place

A holiday home to absolutely recommend

Very nice and clean house with a fantastic view over the bay. Good room layout and fully equipped (kitchen). Very quiet location and surroundings.

Beautiful views

Fantastic home with amazing views. Home was nicely presented and the use of a fire was perfect. Linen on beds and towels were fresh and clean. Large kitchen with everything you need including coffee maker and plunger. We loved our stay and would definitely return if we need to go back to the area. 😀
