PLEASE NOTE* The cleaning fee of $180 applies to 10 guests using 4 bedrooms.

If you wish to use the 5th bedroom which has 2 single beds an additional cleaning fee of $80 will apply during your stay. This bedroom will be locked for guest use if the room is not booked. This fee will be added by the owner prior to you accepting your booking. Homeaway does not correctly reflect this fee in the breakdown of costs when a booking for 10 people or less is made. We will let you know the total amount due and this will be added as a property fee when booking. This fee to access the 5th bedroom requires us accessing the administration back end before your reservation is processed.

Bunk beds have a maximum weight capacity of 85kg for top bunk users.
Maximum number of guests is 12.


All bedrooms are on the lower level with upstairs comprising of living area, kitchen, dining space, study nook and separate toilet.

A deck extends from the dining area and overlooks the backyard where you will be able to keep an eye on any pets that have been lucky enough to enjoy a coastal break.

The spacious main bathroom contains a separate bath tub and shower. A great addition for those travelling with children.

The laundry is equipped with washer and dryer.

The beach house has ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling making it the perfect sanctuary from the elements.

WiFi, Netflix, Stan, Disney movie channel, DVDs and a great collection of board games are available for your entertainment

A short 2 minute walk sees you on the golden sands of Boomer Beach.

A 10 minute walk sees you at Horse Shoe Bay enjoying the worlds best fish and chips and the delights that Pt Elliot has to offer.

Guests must be a minimum of 30 years of age to book this property. New travellers are not permitted to book.

We do expect the property to be left neat and tidy upon your departure. Please only book this property if you are able to follow the house rules.
