Great Location

My family stayed at this townhome for 3+ months while we were house hunting for a permanent home. It is surprisingly spacious for our family of 4. For us, the location couldn't have been any better. We were literally 3 minutes from the amazing restaurants of Calabash, NC with Sunset Beach only 10 minutes from there. North Myrtle Beach was only 10 minutes away, and Myrtle Beach only 20 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone is very friendly. I am fortunate that we found this vacation rental that had the extended availability that we required. Having said that, there were some issues. The cleanliness was not acceptable right down to the carpeting and furniture. The kitchen amenities should be reviewed for useful and useless items, as well as working and non-working appliances. Additionally, blankets are needed for all of the beds (not just 2), and the lack of heating on the second floor needs attention. One would think that these issues would send anyone running for the hills, but I think with these things addressed, this townhome could be a true diamond, and I am grateful for our stay.

Community is quiet and friendly and about 10mins from shopping and 15mins from the beach and Cherry Grove Pier.

Great stay for families

We stayed here to move my son back into Coastal. It was me, my husband and my four sons. There was plenty of room for all of us. We swam in the pool and went to the beach which was a 10 minute drive from the location. We had a wonderful time and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again!
