Welcome to the Moose Bay Lodge! Walk into this beautiful Ozark Mountain style lodge, conveniently located 3 short minutes from Silver Dollar City on Indian Point. This Lodge has 4 King Suites, 2 with twin over full size bunk beds, and, all with jacuzzi tubs, vaulted ceilings, large windows and a stone fireplace. Comfortable dining for up to your whole party. No stairs for entry!

At the Moose Bay Lodge, you are welcome to the community indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the BBQ grills, the clubhouse, campfire area, games, and free coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the lake, only a few minutes away has great fishing. Excellent Mini-Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family. We really appreciated having a private bathroom for each bedroom. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole lodge very clean and fresh. Kids loved the bunk beds upstairs. Was a little worried about the roads going in based on previous reviews, but considering this is Ozark hill country, I found it was no problem. Some work had obviously been done to repair the road. I highly recommend this as an easy place to stay with great access to Silver Dollar City and an easy drive to the main strip in Branson.

Great for large families

Lots of room for everyone to spread out! Very clean! Couple of suggestions- big non stick skillet, non metal cooking utensils and a better coffee pot. Very nice place to stay over all though!

Best Location for SDC and Table Rock Lake

This cabin gave us everything we needed. A close location to SDC and Table Rock Lake, as well as 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Mark was quick to answer our questions and help us with our requests.

Home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay- the house was beautiful and spacious. Property was very clean and well-maintained and very well stocked! Loved the pool and how close we were to all the sights in Branson! We will definitely be back!

Perfect for Girls Weekend

This unit was perfect for our group of 10! There was plenty of beds and seating down stairs. Loved the quiet location and that we were so close to SDC.

Property Unavailable due to Unforseen Circumstances

Our Host, Mark was very responsive. Unfortunately, upon arrival, there were some unforeseen circumstances with the property that we could not stay at the house. Our group was able to book two condos nearby fortunately. Not ideal, but it worked. The house was very nice, however the steep terrain of the roads and parking lot were not desireable. Mark was wonderful through this situation and I thank him!

The property was amazing views, the house was great and big and kitchen had supplies to use for cooking. Easy access to the parks and downtown. The bed were on the firm side. Lots of towels. The neighbors were friendly. Taking trash out is quite a walk. The drive down to the cabin was steep.

Moose Bay stay

The property itself was good. Upon arrival, the toilet was full of excrement & used towels were in 2 bathrooms. We contacted the owner & he had new towels delivered & said he would refund the cleaning deposit. The upstairs bedroom on the left has a terrible odor near and on the bunk beds. We thought it was the plugin air freshener but upon removal, the smell remained. It is extremely potent & is likely from a dog/animal. We could not use the bunkbeds as it was so strong. Overall, the place was good, but the first impression with the bathroom & terrible odor in the bedroom did damper our experience. Location is great & amenities were sufficient.

Best Getaway!

The house is absolutely wonderful! A fireplace that flips on with a switch. A big, relaxing porch overlooking woods. Meaningful signs and decorations throughout the house. We went in December and we’re delighted to find a wreath on the door, a lighted and decorated Christmas tree inside and lights going up the steps and 2nd floor railing. Absolutely beautiful and rustic in the best possible way! The rooms are spacious as well as each bathroom. It’s located just a few miles from silver dollar city. It was the best, coziest weekend and wonderful getaway!

Great place for family vacation on the lake!

The location is great! We like that it is so close to the Indian Point Marina, which is a great place to rent a boat and other fun things. It is also very close to Silver Dollar City and Branson. The road down to the lodge and in front of it is very steep, but we didn’t have any problems. Having four bedrooms and four baths was perfect for us. Last year we stayed in a similar lodge, but this one worked better for us. It had more chairs for eating, bunk beds instead of a pull out couch, and the back deck was screened in. It was very clean. The only real drawbacks were that the actual living room is pretty small and you have to drive to get to the pool. It is some distance away and up a steep hill. There was an issue with one AC unit, but someone came right out to address it.

We had a good time but needs some TLC

The location was very convenient and so close to SDC. The house was clean but the beds were in bad shape. 2 of the beds we had to repair because they were broken. The bathroom shower door we had to fix because it wouldn’t close all the way. There were wasps everywhere on the back screened in area. We had to buy Raid and a staple gun to fix the screen so more wouldn’t come in.There were no paper towels and hand towels. Lastly, there is a least 1 large animal living in the attic because you can hear it all through the night.

Moose Lodge review

The Lodge was very nice with a warm feeling. Plenty of room. Nice screened in porch. Large bathrooms. If we go back with grandchildren we will look for one closer to playground area. We would go back again with adults. We couldn't get the fireplace to work even though we were told to just flip the switch on the wall. A grill at the lodge would have been nice. We took our own little charcoal grills.

Lots of Potential

This property has a lot of potential. Cleanliness was an issue( very dusty and food stuck on table and chairs) as well as upkeep - loose fixtures, hot water wasn't turned on... What you need to know about this property is its location is about 1/4 mile away from the clubhouse/pool. Super steep hill to be walked up if you want to walk to the clubhouse vs. drive. Also, while it sleeps 8, the dining table barely seats 6. There are three barstools at the counter, but if you want to have a family dinner the table doesn't accommodate and the great room isn't very large.

What a great place for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful family get together over the 4th of July. My three grown children, their families and the two of us were so comfortable in this space. The four king suites were perfect. The upstairs bedrooms we're perfect for the families with small children. My daughter has two little girls. We set up two twin air mattresses for them and the space was more than big enough for all of them to be in the same room. The little ones were thrilled that they had "cozy spaces" just for them. The screened in side porch really extended the living space. It was a perfect space for a cup of coffee or to get away a little from the whole group! :) The property was clean and well stocked. The manager went above and beyond to be sure our stay was a happy one. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Plenty of space and a very good location. It was so nice to be able to cook our meals in, with a group of ten (3 being small children) going out to eat would have been a trick, especially over the Fourth of July holiday. There were places to get groceries about ten minutes away. The location is good and for most things we were able to avoid the heavy traffic areas. We did not go to Silver Dollar City, but for those that do, you would be practically in the parking lot. We also loved the pool, the grandchildren wanted to live there, there is also a very nice playground for the kids. You can't go wrong staying here. We loved it!

Road to property was horrible.

Thankfully, we didn't have any ice or snow during our stay in December 24'. If so, getting in or out would have been impossible. The road to the house was horrible. Huge holes, very steep grade going to and from the house. The house was good, the location of the house was not good. I would not stay in this location again due to road conditions. There was a very strange odor in the upstairs bedroom. Someone was aware as it was the only room with two air fresheners on the night stands.
