About this property

We love our house because it is all brand new from the floors on up! We are loving being in an up-and-coming neighborhood and watching Waco come back to life! We are just a couple blocks to Magnolia and just a few blocks across the freeway from Baylor and around the corner from lots of food. We love the location because it is so convenient and easy to find what you need. We love the feeling in our home because it is warm and inviting and a great place to unwind with people you love! Waco trip

We had a great stay in Waco. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We loved that it was within walking distance to the Magnolia Silos. The gated backyard/driveway was also a nice feature. Thanks for your hospitality!

Super Location, Super Clean

This cute cottage is just a stone’s throw to the Magnolia buildings and a short walk to lots of shops & restaurants. The owner was easily accessible for questions. Although this home is situated in an older, transition neighborhood, we felt perfectly safe and cozy.

Nice stay in Waco

The Cute White Cottage was a great fit for us. They location was about ideal. The queen bed mattress seemed like a new one. Thanks! Needed that. The front porch was cute but needed some dusting/cleaning. I think having kleenix would be a nice perk moving forward. The host was great about communicating about arrival and things to do. Overall a very nice stay in Waco. We'd stay again!
