About this property

Brand new build 2 bed 2 bath condo with comfy couch. Heavily secured with doormen and women. Also has a comfy couch in the living room. Key access only. Above the Luxury Avenue mall and the middle of the marina. Our favorite part is the walking distance to various beaches , Mango Deck, The Office. Condo is fully furnished - dishes , towels , bedding, ETC. Gorgeous view overlooking the marina. On site parking. Also, ask about transportation to and from the airport to the condo at a small additional fee.

Great location, basic amenities

The property is clean, well located and the concierge support is friendly. The kitchen is sparingly equipped and the queen bed seems small - particularly if you are over six feet tall. The new property has good, friendly security and while you are close to everything downtown it is still quiet for sleeping.

Great VRBO!

I came to Cabo for spring break trip with my boyfriend and 2 girl friends. It is right in the marina with the perfect location. About a 8 minute walk to Squid Row and about a 15 minute walk to Mango Deck. There is GREAT security and the property manager Jose is great with responding super quick! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone! The condo itself is super nice and modern. No complaints!

Cabo Stay 11/1-8/2022

Didn't have laundry soap, coffee, shampoo or bath soap. Excellent location at the harbor, close to just about a person or family needs or would want. Beds were very comfortable, TV...well I hope you like Bonaza, gangsters, and funny animal. Sports are best veiwed at bars.

Beautiful condo. In the middle of everything on downtown Cabo - no need for a car. Property manager available for various tasks. Very secure building - key card access to elevator and unit. Rooftop private hot tub a real treat. Will stay again!
