The house is located about 1km from Dromana beach, at the bottom of beautiful Arthurs Seat, close to where you can catch The Eagle chair lift to admire the stunning views across Port Phillip Bay and surrounds. Other nearby attractions include Red Hill and Main Ridge, which boast superb wineries and eateries

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES

The property boasts some great features that makes you and your guests feel like they are at home. The property offers a great entertaining outdoor area, a fantastic open lounge and dining area. .

BEDROOMS
Main bedroom is facing the beautiful view of the bay. It features a king size bed, single bed, a large sliding wardrobe and an optional porter cot. A LCD TV and a DVD are also available here for your entertainment. This room has its own air conditioner.

Second bedroom features a queen size and a large built in wardrobe. A LCD TV is also available here for your entertainment. This room has its own air conditioner.

Third bedroom features a double bed/ single bed bunk, an additional single bed and a wardrobe.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Cook and eat with a view in our brand new kitchen. This is a great way for everyone to come together, eat and relax. Kitchen features all brand new appliances including a dishwasher, oven, stove top and refrigerator. A few steps away is the accommodating long dining table. A main air conditioner here supplies the dining, kitchen and third bedroom.

* A high chair is available too.
** Cooking basics such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar as well as tea, coffee, milk and sugar will be available upon your arrival for convenience.


Along side the dining area is a cozy reading space which features a comfortable couch and a coffee table sharing the beautiful view of the beach. Maybe some books on the shelf may interest you.

THE LOUNGE
A spacious lounge room featuring a comfortable sitting space for at least 9 people. A TV, DVD and dock station are available here for your entertainment. Maybe some movies on the book shelf may interest you.

KIDS
Shared with the lounge room is the kids area for ultimate adult supervision. The smartly located kids area features toys, kids books and a comfortable couch.

BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY
First bathroom features a bathtub, shower, toilet and basin.
Second bathroom features a shower, toilet and a smart laundry. The laundry features a modern washing machine, vacuum, iron and ironing board. A retractable clothes line is available in the backyard.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AREA
The Balcony features a 4 burner BBQ and an accommodating outdoor dinning table which is another way to eat and view the bay. Let's not forget the large garden that is available for everyone to sit and enjoy. A toddler swing is also available for some play time.

PARKING
Available on the property as well as on street parking.

PETS
We LOVE pets. However, our space is not pet friendly as we do not have fencing around the property and our home is pet free!!

NOTE: We ask our guests to bring towels, pillow cases and bed sheets. Optionally, we can provide these items for an extra $30 per guest..
