You'll love this home. It's located a few blocks from the freeway, shopping, dining, grocery and a library, in a quiet culdisac which has a fun hiking trail.

Refrigerated air and furnace throughout the home. The living room has a 55" smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc... You can cast your own media from your devices.

There is a king bed in the master, which has its own large bathroom with double vanities, walk in closet and bathtub

If you settle for basic…this is your pick
Stove was dirty. House needs a deep clean. Lint all up the wall of the laundry room and corner of master restroom has gunk. House needs an indoor paint job. Towels are old and smelly. My son didn’t want to use one that was all full of lint. I left pillows there cuz there were not enough. House is not decorated well nor inviting. No mats for after showering. Junk car blocking half the driveway. Too many cars in that coldesac, hard to come and go. No hand soap in all the sinks. No salt and pepper.

Could use some love
First I’d like to say I rarely give negative reviews but felt to many concerns to let slide. Decent location and clean home. A few issues however. First after a very long drive I wasn’t expecting to have to make an entire bed. 2 pillows on each bed. But flat or lumpy. Appliances could use serious updates. Microwave made awful sounds, dryer at a huge slant and sounded like I had shoes rolling in there. Although couch looks ok it has lost all padding so not comfortable. Did not have basics such as enough toilet paper in master and only the roll on the holder in main bath. No hand soap other than in the master. Master toilet runs for about 30 minutes very loudly after every flush. Body wash was empty and no other products available. No paper towels or napkins. Could not enjoy the backyard as it had a pile of rocks literally on the patio, an old trampoline, trash and no chairs. Pictures should be updated as they show a room with bunk beds but that’s not the case. Didn’t affect us but could throw someone as a surprise if they needed that. No fault of the owner but neighbor had VERY loud music both nights well into the night so a peaceful night sleep was not had. Overall a bust for us.

A property in the process of being remodeled.
The home is a mix of new and old. The new things are wonderful. The old not so much. The place could be very nice when finished. It worked for us and was conveniently close to relatives we wanted to visit in the area. We would not choose to stay here in the near future.
