Since the house has never been rented, it doesn't rank high in the listing metrics so it is hard to find on the rental sites. We are offering reduced rates for our first summer so we can have guests enjoy our wonderful home and provide feedback for future guests.

Spacious, comfortable townhome with an open floor-plan in a lovely neighborhood. Walk or bike to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Well-equipped kitchen is open to the great room making everyone attached to what's happening. The home has four large bedrooms all equipped with a smart flat-screen TV. The deck off the living room overlooks peaceful Futchers Pond. Relax and enjoy!

Entering the home you step into the large foyer which leads to the garage and two entry-level bedrooms. In the garage are bikes, beach chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella for your leisure fun. The two large bedrooms on the entry level each have sliding doors to the patio with swinging bench. The two bedrooms share a bath with double sinks. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other has two twins. There is also a laundry room with extra refrigerator on the entry level.

Upstairs on the main level is a huge great room with living room seating, large dining space and the expansive well-equipped kitchen with bar stools. The living room area has two couches, comfy chair, fireplace, and a Bose TV and sound system along with a DVD player with a couple hundred movies. A deck sits off the great room. The deck overlooks Futchers Pond and the wildlife it supports. Enjoy a meal, morning coffee, or an evening drink relaxing around the patio table.

The kitchen features almost anything you need for preparing meals. There is abundant prep space making it hard to have too many cooks in the kitchen. The refrigerator features the convenience of on-door ice and water dispenser. There is a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, toaster, crock pot and much more.

A master bedroom suite with a queen-size bed is also situated on the main level. Two closets outfitted with Elfa organization make it easy to get clothes put away quickly so you can start enjoying your vacation. The en-suite bath has two sinks and a tub/shower.

The third level of the home is a large master bedroom suite with spacious bath that has two vanities, shower and separate soaking tub. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, sitting area, large walk-in closet and smart flat-screen TV.

The smart TVs in the bedrooms will allow you to log-in and binge watch your favorite shows, or keep the kids occupied while meals are being prepared. The entertainment options are endless. Whether your crew enjoys sitting and relaxing, biking, swimming, or any of the other activities provided by the towns of Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey, there is always something to do.

In the house we have restaurant and entertainment lists with addresses and phone numbers. There are great restaurants, breweries, pizzerias, ice-cream shops, french-fry joints and a boardwalk to explore.

We ask that there is no smoking in the home or on the deck. Unfortunately, we don't accept pets as there are guests that are allergic. Forfeiture of the security deposit will be the result if there are pets or smoking in the home. Thank you for your understanding.

We provide pillows and comforters, but no sheets or towels. All of our mattresses, pillows and box springs are encased in bed-bug proof protectors. There are a few local businesses that provide linens and towels if you would prefer not to bring your own.

Peak-season rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. Prior to May 20 and after Labor Day we are happy to work with your schedule for shorter rentals or starting your week on a different day.
