Our story...we looked at over 50 properties before purchasing this home because it offered large communal areas combined with individual privacy for families & couples...a rarity in the Vail Valley. Our 2,400 sq ft home is recently renovated and well-decorated. There are 3 formal bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with two family spots that double as additional bedrooms. The best feature of the home is the extra large bonus family room downstairs (aka 4th bedroom with a comfortable queen murphy-bed pulldown) - that includes a huge sectional, big TV, video games, toys and space for children and adults to play.

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and separate thermostat allowing for everyone to have their own preference. Two of the three full bathrooms have tubs and the other is an over-sized granite walk in shower/steam room. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open with a fireplace and a walkout deck to BBQ on in the summer. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals.
