Pleasant house, foot of sand, in calm water beach and family atmosphere, with 6 suites with air conditioning, fan, minibar, open channel tv, wifi bathrooms with pressurized showers, hot and cold water, hygienic shower, sink with bench.
Large living room and full kitchen (equipped with 2 large duplex refrigerators with freezer) in open concept, both with panoramic sea view, toilet, pay TV, wi-fi. Outdoor area with barbecue, large bench with dining table next to a heated spa for 7 people, with hydromassage and chromotherapy. Utility area with washing machine and tank, 4 car garage. Near the house we find many bars and restaurants, boat trips, sea taxi, diving school and equipment luguel, car rental places, and the street of predras (Rua das Pedras, in Buzios frame, is 15 minutes walk from the house where there is the largest concentration of shops, bars and restaurants, nightlife, leisure center, indoor climbing, bowling, carte)
