The Space:
Champions Gate Condominium - This comfortable house boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout. The condominium offering you the perfect location for your dream vacation. The master suite features a cozy king bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed with a shared bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and twin beds, also with a shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom, and the fifth bedroom features a Mickey-themed room with two twin beds with a shared bathroom. As a courtesy, we offer a Welcome Kit to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Good location but several issues

The short story is there were several fundamental problems with the property. Most importantly, there was an ongoing issue leaving a huge puddle in the hallway upstairs. It was there and soaked when we arrived and was there for the duration, despite sending a few messages to the property manager. In addition the dryer didn’t work well and basic amenities were not well stocked (no drinking pitcher, no pans to cook pizza, the pizza cutter fell apart,etc… the property is also in pretty bad need of some paint as there are scuffs all over the walls, especially by the table. The upstairs shower also sounds like a weed wacker when the hot water is running.

Dogleg disaster

The kitchen was not up to date, 11 forks total, but the place held 13 people. 8 juice glasses and 2 drinking glasses. Kitchen tools were not great. I am with Pampered Chef 🧑‍🍳 and granted I have great tools. I took some of my tools and glad I did. The towels in the kitchen we could read the newspaper through. The can opener was broken when we arrived. The pot holders you showed up with were not useful, did not keep heat out. The dishwasher needs service, the pods will not dissolve. If the cleaning people ran the dishwasher, they would know it needs service. The refrigerator needs a new filter. 2 of the closets, king master, the Mickey Mouse room could not use full closets, furniture is in the way. The place is not clean. Every corner and baseboard has dust and dirt. There were dirt balls coming out of the vents in bathrooms. The dryer was broken when we arrived. Service man was needed, big question is, how were the towels cleaned without a working dryer? Sheets? TV remotes all had to be reprogrammed, none worked. The front door lock needed a new battery, we were stuck until someone got there. Our guest actually had to help fix it. The girl did not really know how to do it.
