The villa is situated in Sun village tourist compound situated in the small and quiet town of Byala, Varna region, Bulgaria. It is build the the outskirts of the town 450 m. from the beach line. The compound is of a closed type which makes it very much suitable for families where parent can rest while kids play free on the territory. Pros: nice beach, not so crowded compared to other tourist destinations in Bulgaria(even the closest- Obzor), quiet town nice for walks, not a youngster parties destination. Closely (4-5 km) there is Kara Dere beach- one of the last wild beaches in Bulgaria- great, clean, absolutely not crowded and about 5 km. long beach line.
Big cities (Varna, Burgas) are just 50 km away (1 hour drive).
Cons: missing big shops nearby.
