Spacious and private 5 bedroom waterfront farmhouse with stunning views and gardens. Be our guests and fall in love with our family home at Surrey Farms. This home is a lovingly restored farmhouse perched above tranquil Seymour Pond (no motor boats allowed) and is perfect for large families, groups or multiple couples wanting privacy and acreage.
Enjoy the water views and sunsets from upper and lower decks. The primary home which can sleep 10 people, has 5 bedrooms- all with AC, and 4 full baths, including a primary suite on the main floor with a jetted bathtub. There are 4 guest bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms.
Open and spacious floor plan downstairs with a stunning great room, comfy living room and sweeping back decks allows plenty of space for quiet reading, sunbathing and nature watching. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining with ample seating. The property features multiple outdoor spaces as well as seasonal fruit trees bearing apples, pears and peaches.
Wander through the gardens or relax by the fire pit or on the shore of the pond. The front yard and rolling slopes behind the house invite plenty of bocce and croquet matches. Secluded outdoor shower, beach chairs and kayaks are provided. This home is conveniently located close to bike paths, Brewster beaches and shops and restaurants along route 6A.

Scenic Spot

The location is beautiful as you look out of the many windows onto Seymour Pond. There is a steep hill to get to the water which was difficult for the youngest and oldest of our family. There is a nice boathouse which had chairs and boogie boards. It needed a code to open which required a phone call to the property manager to obtain. Though the couch in the living room was large enough, it had no support, even for the young children. There are 2 adorable dogs on the property who live in the home off season. Just be aware if you have allergies because one of our family members was affected. The yard has beautiful gardens and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the moon shine over the water. The owners who live on the property are very nice.

Great spot for a family!

Came with my partner and my three kids, along with my sister and her family…nine of us total. Fantastic spot, and all of the kids loved being able to swim in the pond. Being within bike riding distance of the rail trail was a huge plus. House was as advertised, very clean, and check in was a breeze. Had several interactions with the owners, who were staying in the in-law suite during our stay. They were wonderful - lent us a few beach chairs, gave us plenty of tips on local spots, had a tent set up outside so our bikes were out of the weather, and even let us raid the pear tree! I wasn’t sure what to expect having them on property during our stay but it was nothing but a plus. Great people!

This property was absolutely wonderful . It was clean and well supplied for our families needs. The gift basket was a special treat. The space was perfect for the 10 of us. The only problem for me personally was that I could not get to the pond at my age. but I loved the little sitting area outside our downstairs bedroon. I look forward to coming back again. Nonna
