Ski trip

Great location. Check in delayed for cleaning crew. No ski storage. Beds uncomfortable. Dirty dishes in cupboards.

Didn’t tell us the building was in remodeling It was a mess in the first floor, and the rooms especially the bed feel like you’re sleeping on a rock, bad experience.

Red Carpet stain

During these times of Covid you expect to take advantage of some of things that are around you. This place had no WiFi connection which makes no sense when there is modem. I had to use my hotspot on my phone to get try find businesses that are open around. Thank god some of us were on different networks because there were some phone providers with really terrible signals. Last, I was getting question about a carpet stain that was already there. Why? Because they are quick to blame me than reach out their cleaners about this stain. You should have known about this already before I came in and even told me about it instead of questioning me. I paid 150 for cleaning fees when we took the opportunity to vacuum your place for you and wash all the dishes. I treat every place I stay like it's mines. I wish I could get some kind of compensation for this and maybe I can give a more positive review.
