I am a married man who likes to travel and experience other cultures. I am retired after working 40 years as a university professor and agricultural researcher. My mother tongue is Spanish and I speak English and some Portuguese. I am interested in typical food, customs and traditions of other cultures, enjoy nature, art and sports. Until recently I played soccer, and I enjoy watching football and car racing. I really like watching movies from different countries and working outdoors. In my work and leisure trips I have had the opportunity to visit all the states (provinces) of Mexico and countries such as the United States of America, Colombia, China, Cuba, India, Great Britain, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Italy and Luxembourg. In the remainder of my life, I hope to visit more countries on the five continents. I consider myself a kind, respectful person with a willingness to help others.

This house was built in 2000 as the place to live with my wife when the time of retirement arrives. I conserve a small part of my books in this house , as I was a university professor for 32 years. All furniture and features were built or selected by my wife and I to fullfill our taste and requirements, and We would like to share them with you!

This property is very well located in a large city as Monterrey. You would have an easy access to important avenues that can be used to reach the main attractions of the city. The property is located in a quiet and secure neighborhood at the foot of the impressive "Las Mitras" mountains. You can walk to several good and fair price restaurants and stores.
