I have to phone and see if it is available first and then reserve it in your name ( PLEASE SUPPLY you name if you want to reserve it), Please communicate with me as i have to make the reservation and pay for it to hold it for you. COVID19- To enhance your experience please be advised due to increased safety
measures, all travelers to Mexico during the months of May- July are subject to temperature
checks once upon arrival at the Airport and once upon arrival at the Resort. Employees are
also subjected to temperature checks every shift along with wearing mandated facemasks at
all times throughout the resort. Traveling with a temperature and or illness is not advised.
Your health and safety is our priority. As such, any traveler or employee found to have a
temperature over 101, will not be permitted to stay at the resort or in the destination.

If you have purchased Airport Shuttle please be aware that transportation service will not be provided to members/guests without a transportation confirmation letter.

Credit Card is needed in order to check in; Restaurants, Bars, Laundry, Spa & Room Service are operated on a CREDIT ONLY basis. This means the outlets do not accept cash; please provide a Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, AMEX) or a cash deposit at the Front Desk.
Service Charge- Please note that the resort assesses a daily fee of $3.50 per unit that will be added to your bill at check-out. This fee is shared between staff members who work behind the scenes with little face-to-face interaction with guests. This program excludes hotel managers and directors. Our members and guests appreciate this convenient way to say thank you to all staff members who contribute to their fantastic vacation experiences.
