Ask a questionAbout Laura Cunningham
CPA recently relocated to Boston from Colorado, although I am a native Bostonian. BS in Accounting from CU-Boulder. Was in the Navy for several years. Have 4 adult children and a granddaughter. Travel quite a bit for both business and pleasure. I am interested in the environment, love the outdoors, especially the water. Live to read, long walks and just about any type of music.
Laura Cunningham purchased this House in 2019
Why Laura Cunningham chose Quincy
Close to all the attractions the Greater Boston area can provide without paying the Boston prices. An hour drive to Cape Cod and ferries close by can get you to both locations as well as the other islands in the harbor. This space is also suitable for persons relocating to the area while looking for a permanent place to call home. It is also a quiet spot for rest and relaxation after a busy day sightseeing or looking for work! On a deadend street, you won't hear the hustle and bustle of city life. There are 3 beaches of various sizes close by. I am in a community called Houghs Neck which is a peninsula exactly 1 square mile surrounded on all sides by the Atlantic Ocean. The end point is a national park called Nut Island. There is a tiny deli/grocery, a liquor store, an ice cream shop and a lounge/restaurant as well as the yacht club. Perfect place to walk, jog, cycle, kayak and canoe.
What makes this House unique
Canoe available, public transportation less than 1/3 mile away will get you to Boston for $2.95. Free street parking. Also have a "tiny house" on property that may be available for overflow. Sleeps 3 with queen and a twin lofts.
