This cozy, family-friendly home is equipped with comfortable living room and bedroom furniture. It has plenty of backyard space and is the perfect place to retreat and relax.

All three bedrooms have queen size beds, AC units, ceiling fans, and blackout curtains. There is another AC unit in the kitchen area.

The outdoor deck has plenty of outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ, string lights, ceiling fans, a hammock, and a dining table and also connects to the open backyard space.

Peaceful atmosphere, great place to retreat, disconnect, and relax.

This property is divided into two separate units; A and B.

There is a backup generator for the entire property.

Access to Unit A only: 3 bedrooms, living area, kitchen area, laundry area, office area, bathroom, deck, and backyard.


Important Things To Note:

* We don't allow parties or events at the house (No DJ equipment, decorations, confetti, glitter or fireworks).

* No candles allowed in the house.

* No additional guests allowed. Only the people included in the reservation can enjoy the house. There will be a charge of $100 for each unauthorized guest.

* We don’t allow smoking or vaping inside the house.
Guests must go outside to smoke and vape. Throw cigarette butts in the trash and make sure they are not lit before doing so.

* Stays of 14 days or more will require additional weekly cleanings.
